Sophie Marshall, Director & Co-Founder
Sophie Marshall, Clinical Director
Sophie Marshall is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years’ experience in clinical psychology and 15 years’ experience in mental health. She is eligible for chartered membership of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and is registered as a clinical psychologist in the UK and Australia.
Sophie continues to work in the NHS at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust as the Head of Psychology for the Trust and as a Service and Clinical lead for a specialist CAMHS team.
Sophie has previously been on the BPS directory of expert witnesses, has been endorsed as a clinical supervisor and is a current registered trainer with the Association of Psychological Therapies (APT) regularly teaching professionals in psychological theory across the UK and internationally. She has academic experience as a lecturer in psychology at Birkbeck University London, and at Wollongong University, Australia.
Sophie has extensive experience working with people experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties, interpersonal and personality difficulties, harmful behaviours, family and couples therapy and presentations of childhood trauma, depression and anxiety.
Sophie has a passion and commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of people whose mental health presentation and other difficulties are impacting on their ability to engage in life fully.
Sophie has been providing clinical supervision and training to individuals and groups across the UK and Australia for many years and is committed to providing an excellent service to clinicians.
Dr Rob McRae, Director & Co-Founder
Dr Rob McRae is a Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry and trained at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. He completed medical school in Sydney, Australia and now practices in London, UK. He is a member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists, registered as a medical practitioner with the GMC in the UK and AHPRA in Australia, and is Section 12 approved.
